We would like to inform you of a forthcoming increase in our treatment fees. This decision has not been made lightly, and we want to be open and transparent about why this change is necessary.

Over the past year, we have seen a number of unavoidable cost increases that directly affect how we are able to run the practice safely and sustainably. These include:

  • Increased bank and payment processing charges
    The cost of card payments, transaction fees, and banking services has risen significantly. As a healthcare provider, these charges now represent a much larger ongoing expense than in previous years. This now includes all card and cash transactions.

  • Recent government budget changes
    The latest budget has resulted in higher operating costs across multiple areas, including staffing, national insurance contributions, utilities, and professional overheads. These changes impact all small healthcare practices and cannot be absorbed indefinitely without affecting service quality.

  • Rising general business costs
    Like many organisations, we are experiencing higher costs for equipment, clinical supplies, insurance, compliance, and day-to-day running expenses.

The cost of treatment may vary depending on your individual needs and the complexity of your care. Any fee increase will be applied proportionately and reflects the specific treatment you receive. All current patients will see no more than a £2 increase per treatment
